Repairs

If you request a repair of a terminal, please contact our technical support team first. Usually customers with a maintenance contract are able to receive a replacement terminal during repair.You can reach us at the following number:

You will receive a confirmation which you can print out and attach to the product.  If you send more then one product, you need to complete and attach a separate form for each

We will make sure that the repair will be carried out as soon as possible. The terminal will be automatically returned to you when it has been repaired. If you are in possession of a replacement terminal, we expect this back one week after returning the repaired terminal.
