You have unlimited access to our helpdesk. This helpdesk is available daily during working hours to assist you over the phone. The helpdesk is free of charge for customers with a maintenance contract. With your permission, we can also access your system through the internet to give you the best possible assistance.
A maintenance contract also entitles you to a reduced price if we have to work on location for aspects which are not covered by the maintenance contract. This could be training, refresher course or assisting a third party.
If a hardware product is not functioning properly and you are covered by a maintenance contract, we immediately send you a replacement. If your entire system is not functioning properly, one of our specialists will assist you from our office or on location.
