Repairs

If you need to have particular hardware repaired, please contact our support department first. Usually it is possible for customers with a maintenance contract to receive a temporary replacement hardware while the defective hardware is being repaired.

Hardware that is sent for repairs need to be packaged carefully, accompanied by a completed “Repair Request Form”. This document can be filled out online. You can print out the confirmation that you receive through the email and send it along with the defective hardware. When sending multiple hardware products, you need to fill out and include a form for every single hardware product.

Your hardware will be sent back to you as soon as it has been repaired. If you have received a temporary replacement, we expect to receive this replacement within one week after the repaired products has been returned to you.
